Thriving Requires You To View Life Like THIS.

A few years ago I was out at a local pub that my ex and I would pop into and have a drink. It sorta was his “Cheers” for anyone who can remember the show.

You know a place where everyone knows your name.

And I was sitting down enjoying a martini with a woman that my ex was friends with her and her husband for years prior.

We were chatting about all sorts of stuff, among which was professionalism.

She informed me that she could NEVER work with someone who had tattoos.

She went on to tell me that tattoos make you unclean.

And that only under educated people had them.

Her passion about the subject was powerful,

She certainly had a hatred toward tattoos and it sounded like she looked down on anyone with them no matter whom they were.

Yet she counted me as someone to go out to see Andrea Bocelli with,

to kick back and enjoy drinks and dinner with by the pool,

to share her relationship issues with,

and amazingly she even hugged me to say hello and goodbye.

In the midst of her deep sharing on her hatred and disgust toward people with tattoos and how unprofessional and unclean they were,

I sat there with my hands and arms on the table not inches in front of her,

baring both arms with….

You guessed it.

TATTOOS on them…

LOL.

Yeah, she was preaching her disgust to her friend.

I shared with her that I worked with many people who had tattoos, and she said yeah but those are people who need life coaching, help in life, not people who are professionals.

I laughed.

Because my clients have always been those who are professionals, business owners, CEO’s, doctor’s, attorney’s, poloticains, fellow coaches and therapists, etc.

Affluent people.

85% of my clients are in the upper 2% of America.

And guess what?

They have tattoos.

Many of them do.

When I shared this with her,

she huffed and said,

“Well, if I ever found out that my doctor had a tattoo he would not be my doctor anymore. I cannot have someone like that touching me.”

Yet she hugged me hello and goodbye.

Her logic made no sense.

As most critical, judgemental people who are caught up in

“it’s my way or no way, and you are stupid and need to shut up or be removed from humanity if you think, feel or act differently then I do, ” rationalize.

These same people will turn and point fingers and call everyone who is not caving to their beliefs and fears self-centered, bad citizens, using their privilege, elitists.

In my line of work I get hate from time to time.

And I actually am grateful for it,

because it shows me area’s that I can improve my own inner world. It also show’s me that I am speaking from a perspective that is not average and ordinary.

And that thrills me because I do not want an average and ordinary life,

Living a F-ck Yes! Life and changing others lives to having that as well requires you to not go with the attitude of average and ordinary.

There ain’t now THRIVING in average and ordinary.

There is not GREATNESS in it either.

My mission is to help ignite as many people to their power and worthiness and tap into their abundance and flow with God as I possibly can in my lifetime,

and this unfortunately stirs many of the ordinary thinkers and perceivers of life out there to want to strike me down for many reasons.

“You need to shut up because…”

“You are not professional because..”

“You are wrong because….”

“I can’t trust you because….”

“You are stupid because….”

From my typo’s to my purple or blue hair,

from my open relating and tattoos to my I don’t give a f-ck what you think and use of the “F” word,

my authentic relating drives average folk crazy mad that they cannot control it and that despite all my flaws and my typo’s and tattoos I am THRIVING in relationship, money, health and making a positive mark in this world because I CHOOSE to do so.

I write this today,

because at waking my thread was bombarded with my fellow coaches and leaders out there being under attack for all the above reasons and more.

The judgment and criticism spewing around in hatred is like a storm that has no way to settle,

and it is sad to me that so many people in the world right now are living with such disgust and rage in their heads and hearts that they find a need to try to tear down another just because of differences of views, desires, beliefs or even looks.

This kind of stinking thinking WILL NEVER solve any problems.

It will only keep the fires burning and cause more pain and suffering.

When we can come back to actual critical thinking,

using logic and heart in harmony,

viewing our fellow human as just that,

another human with their own dreams, desires, fears, beliefs and opinions,

and that, that is perfect,

that being human does not mean that we are all cookie cutter the same,

then we will be able to heal ourselves and our world at a deeper level.

Until then we remain blind to love.

Blind to healing.

Blind to true world or local community.

Until then we have lost our humanity,

and are slaves to our fear of difference.

Where are you at in your judgements of your fellow humans and how are you desiring to control those who are the same as you?

Can you imagine what life would be like and who you would actually be if you put down all your fear based thinking and just allowed yourself to be YOU?

This is your truth love.

And remember,

Who Have You Chosen To Be?

WHO HAVE YOU CHOSEN TO BE?
This is a question I believe that we all need to ask of ourselves.
Especially at this time in our world.
On my left thumb I wear a ring with Ghandi’s quote,
“Be the change you wish to see in the world.”
Imagine if we all came at life from this perspective that Ghandi shared so many years ago?
Imagine we started to ask,
are we spreading love and compassion, understanding and grace or are we spreading fear, hatred, control and darkness to our fellow humans and this beautiful world of ours?
How would our actions change?
How would we start to view ourselves and others?
How would we feel about who we were?
It’s always a choice.
Each of us no matter our backgrounds, have choices.
We all have the ability to change what we are thinking and how we are relating.
We all have the ability to be proactive or reactive.
We all have the choice to be kind and act, speak and feel from a place of love (God, soul) or to cast out evil from our lips and actions while swimming in a pool of negative based thinking.
These things NO ONE,
NO GOVERNMENT,
Nothing can steal from us.
And if we started to come at life from this perspective instead of the control based thinking out of fear of others not doing what we deem right or wrong,
or our fear of losing,
or our fear of not having enough,
or being too much,
then perhaps we would actually see the changes in the world that we want so badly for.
Because what are we all wanting for truly?
*Happiness
*Health and wellbeing
*Safety
*Community
*Peace
*Love
*Abundance
*No suffering
But here we are,
fearing that we will not have these things and hating on our neighbours and family if they think or feel differently then we do.
And as we sit in our hatred and fear,
throwing stones at each other and wanting to be understood,
refusing to listen to each other or feel how desperately our fellow human is only wanting for the same as us,
just saying it from their vantage point,
we become part of the problem.
We feed the fear.
We feed the hatred.
We feed the separation.
We feed the hell that is rising up that we all are so terrified of.
And as we fear it we attract more of it into our world and lives.
And as we stand in our fear,
on all sides of the coin of difference,
each side proclaiming they believe, they have faith, they are focused on the truth, that the truth will set them free, etc, etc….
What are we actually focused on?
Who are we choosing to be in these moments?
People of FAITH?
People of COMPASSION and KINDNESS?
People with OPEN MINDS?
People that are SOUL ALIGNED?
People who LOVE THEMSELVES? or others?
People who believe in FREEDOM?
Or are we faithless, fearful, control hungry, out of alignment, closed minded, hateful, judgemental, critical, and thinking that freedom can only be served up according to our rules and guidelines or its not right?
I write this message today to ask you to inquire within yourself these questions and to be honest with yourself.
You will NEVER know the truth until you can find it within first, and this means that you have to love yourself enough to embrace your shadows and get vulnerable in who you really are and that you are fearful.
Because we all have fear right now.
We are all blind in some way.
We are all lost to a degree.
And in shock.
But warring has never made any problem go away.
It has only made the fire bigger.
And this fire has been burning for centuries already.
It is the problem of fear.
It is a tool that controls our spirit and separates us from our truth,
from our worthiness and ability to see clearly and love unconditionally.
Who are you choosing to be?
And where are your thoughts taking you?
Be the change you wish to see in this world by starting with loving yourself first.

THIS is My Tagline To Life and HERE IS WHY.

“CBD lovin’, anti-vaxxing, interracial family, sexually open and confident, slutty AF some may say, freedom focused, excepting of all.”

THIS is my lifestyle tagline.

THIS is my family tagline.

THIS is my belief’s tagline.

And why would this be my tag line?

Because I believe in freedom of speach, love, sex, religion, choices in life and believe that no matter who you are, ( race, religion, polical views, sex, sexual preferences, economic standing or other) that WE ARE ALL WORTHY.

Worthy of what you may ask?

Worthy of  living.

Not just existing.

Worthy of all the things stated above.

Worthy of having our own opinions.

Worthy of not being shamed or stoned by others ideas, judgements, opinions or fears.

Worthy of just being us.

Many disagree with me on many topics.

And the thing that comes through the most in the conversations and debates is a desire to shush me.

To the point that recently I was multiple times told that I was a bad citizen for my views, that I was not compassionate and did not care for others, that I was a horrible human being, that I should shut up, and that if I get sick to not waste the medical systems time but to just die at home.

All of these statements came because of a disagreement in ideas and beliefs.

Differences of views.

All of these stones thrown had the strong feeling of wanting to shame, control and silence what did not align to their beliefs and views of current.

And as I read through comments of over a hundred plus,

I found myself sitting in gratitude for these individuals’ truth shares.

I am not a person that has an issue with seeing things differently then the masses,

differently then my lover, my child or my friend.

And I know that my views on life are a far cry from average and ordinary.

And it is beautiful to me that we humans are so diverse in our desires, our feelings and beliefs.

It’s what makes us each so unique.

But typically we deeply fear what is not like us.

What is not common or what we perceive as normal.

Our fear makes us want to eradicate whatever is not perceived the same as us.

And this has been our human nature forever.

The reason I do not lay claim to a religion is because religion is a prime example of this belief structure that there is ONLY ONE WAY.

I believe that we are all truly children of God no matter our race, belief, sex or preferences.

I believe that the creator moves through us all.

And that our differences are revealing how diverse God truly is.

I believe that “made in his image” does not refer to our race, sex or other but is actaully speaking of the energy, the life and consciousness, the love that resides in all of us.

I believe that we are each here to learn from one another and that one of our biggest life lessons is to learn to love our differences.

The only way that we can ever do this though is to learn to love ourselves at a deep level first.

To strip ourselves from this concept that we are here to please others ideas, views or beliefs about us.

Self-love comes from seeing our light and darkness and making peace with them both.

Self- love comes from knowing our own value.

Self- love comes from respecting ourselves enough to not sway to the worlds ideas and perceptions, nor to just give up ourselves because we make another uncomfortable with our views and beliefs.

Self- love is mandatory if we are to ever have true unconditional love for any other human as well.

And compassion can only come when we have it for ourselves first.

Same for any positive characteristic that we value such as respect or understanding.

If we believe that we are responsible for everyone elses everything and they for our feelings, fears and hopes then all we are showing is our lack of clarity within who we are.

To have understanding,

we need to listen,

we need to inquire,

we need to learn to breathe and not be so reactive,

jumping to conclusions.

We need to realize that this person that we want to have understand us,

desires the same.

The majority of our fights in our world and in our own homes comes about because we suck at communication skills.

And the ones listed above are the highlighted ones that need attention from all of us.

The radical conversations that are traveling around the world right now are just highlighting the true poison that resides within each of our lives.

It is fear.

And it is fear of differences more than anything else.

And so we run around pointing fingers and laying blame on everyone who thinks differently or looks differently proclaiming that we love unconditionally, stating that we are wanting peace, freedom, well being for all but continuing the blame game as we spew out our hatred and lack of toleration or desire to understand our fellow human beings.

All the while believing that we love ourselves and that is why we are fighting and hating.

When we speak such poison as some of the things I have heard the last few weeks it saddens my soul at how many people truly are lost within themselves and hold so much anger and hatred.

When we can get to a point where we can agree to disagree and still love our fellow human despite the difference,

then we will be in a place where we can heal and make true change in our world as well as in our communities and home.

But this will only happen when we can learn to love ourselves deeply. To look within ourselves and love all our flaws, all our sins, all our wounds as well as our beauty.

Until then,

we will remain lost and hateful.

To freedom.

To love.

To all our beautiful differences.

Be the change, start loving unconditionally today, ‘starting with yourself.

The War on Humanity

There is a massive amount of fear, war, and destruction upon our world right now.

Its hard to come in contact with someone that is not caught up in the overwhelming negativity of our current world events.
And everyone has a view point on the events,
Of which many of which do not match anothers.

I have sat back witnessing all of these desperately sad and toxic messages that are being batted back and forth between races, political groups, and more.
All wanting thier voices to be heard.
To matter.
But none wanting to take a breather and witness the other.
Yelling, screaming, shooting,
Burning down the walls of innocents as well as antagonizers.
So many getting caught in the middle.
So many good hearted, loving, people.

But the waring continues.
The desire to hunt down what is seen as wrong and destroy it.
For some that means that the simple act of being born with a skin color that they don’t deem acceptable makes for cause to war.

For others,
The fear of those who hate on them,
Who hunt them like animals,
Who harm the innocent as well as the criminals,
Equates to war.

Neither see the other side.
Both can only view what they fear.
And here is where they act from.

FEAR.

I want to say that our world 🌎 is under attack.
Our humanity is under attack.

And THIS is not something new.
This has been about us humans forever.
We have wared against other clans,
Since other clans became a thing.

We have feared other families,
Feared strangers,
And ANYTHING or ANYONE that is not of our own since the coming of human kind.

This war on humanity is nothing new.
It is a cry of pain masked under the egos hatred for what it does not understand

It will remain alive and rampant until we HUMANS… of all nations, all sexes, all religions choose to not let our egos of fear rule us. Until we humans choose to stop the insanity of letting the few master the many.

When we can step into our humanity,
When we can look in the mirror and at our core as an individual KNOW that today we acted toward all others as we would desire to have done to us,
When we can embrace that the killing,
The beating and all abuse,
The victimization of anyone,

IS NOT OKAY.

When we can look into our fellow humans eyes,
No matter thier beliefs, skin tone or sex,
And see God looking back at us in love,

Then here…
Here is where the war will stop ✋.
Here is where we will see a change.
Here is where we will start to acknowledge our truth as a world society.

And until then,
We will war.

We will hate.
We will abuse and be abused.
We will point fingers.
We will victimize.
And we will let our egos rule our lives.
We will let our egos rule our sight,
Our words and our actions.
And we will believe that we are acting from the right space of our hearts as we continue to condemn all that we fear.

We will remain blind to our stupidity,
Because we will continue to be unconscious of our truth.

And the war between our clans will remain.

But I tell you this…
All lives do matter.
All of us matter.
All of us humans are worthy of love, respect, abundance, and safety.

This should be a no duh to you.

At this time in our world however,
No matter what your beliefs may be,
There is a segregation happening,
No matter the reason for it,
Whether its a polical ploy or not,
There is a group of our fellow humans who ARE and have been for centuries hunted.

We live in this beautiful modern time,
Where so many believe themselves to be intelligent and consciously aware,
Yet we have this war still happening.

And it IS POINTED….
if you cannot see that truth,
You are blinded by your own wounds and fear.

And if it were you and your family that were under attack,
That did not feel safe in the simplest of situations,
Then perhaps you would perceive differently.
Perhaps your heart would have its words heard a bit louder.

Or perhaps not.
This war is upon all of us my love.
It is a war on our humanity.
A war against our soul knowing,
And it is based in ego.

Where do you stand?
Let your actions and words show.
Instead of your wounds, fear and opinions.

The Power of the Sensual Feminine in Her Wild Woman State.

To all the ladies in the house….
To all you mama’s,
you grandmama’s,
you sexy, confident queen’s.

Today I share from my feminine sensual heart to you directly.
Today I speak to that turned on,
ignited,
passionate woman who know’s who she is at her core and who know’s her worthiness to receive the riches of this life she is living.

Yes YOU Beautiful!

Woman to woman,
lets get real.
Let’s talk about the embracing of our sensual feminine and how beautifully powerful this is,
how scary as f-ck it can be,
and some about the shaming and misinterpretations of what it all means and how it is perceived.

Many a moon ago, I was reading the book Women Who Run with the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estes. If you are unfamiliar with this book it is stories and myths of the wild woman archetype, I was in my early twenties, living in Seattle with my husband then. I was in the middle of my second pregnancy. I was feeling trapped, fatigued, lost in myself. I would look in the mirror at my ever changing body and hate what I saw but at the same time appreciate the power of my womb. I loved being a mother, but disliked the then assumed fact that I had lost my sexiness. I had lost my feminine sensuousness and appeal.

No matter how much my husband tried to affirm my beauty,
his desire or anything else,
I could not hear him because what the world showed me and I had been taught from my own mother was that motherhood was far from sexy and being a mother meant that you had to put away your desire of anything such. Reserve it for a random few times a month at best, in the dark, and without too much noise because the children must not know of pleasure or intimacy or their mother’s desire to be ignited.

This hiding from who I was at my core,
destroyed my self-esteem. It captured my soul and prevented me from speaking my truth in any area of my life and I felt shame anytime I received a compliment or a flirty smile or look from a man. I could not even play sensually with my spouse without feeling guilt over accidentally being seen.

What would people think?
I must be being a bad mother example if I let this aspect of myself out.

So here I was with this wild woman resting within me,
wanting to be revealed but fearing the loss of everything that felt suffocating but strangely comfortable and safe, should I let her dance the way she wanted.

At my soul core I KNEW that if I were to truly be who I was unapologetically that the world would not support. That the feminine itself would want to burn me at the stake and the masculine would want to try and domesticate with control.

I knew that if I revealed my sensual,
that if I allowed my voice to sing,
my feet to dance,
my skirts to twirl and my pleasure to be seen that the radiance would call in the darkest of armies to slash at it and cast stones to quiet its truth. Yet, this wild woman within, she was so hungry, she was fierce in her desire to be unmasked, unchained.

And as the years passed, I would experiment with the loosening of her leash.

To my dismay,
there I was a decade later,
now with five children I was raising,
living in Dallas,
coming out of a two+ year deep depression and total give up of life and power,
looking at my life and seeing this wild woman at the end of her rope,
still fierce and full of vitality,
she was straining in her fight for not her life but MINE.
She was committed to not let me go any longer in my suffering,
and she broke free of her chains.

As the chains dropped to the earth, she slowly regained her balance and at first treaded with caution the waters of the life that I had created in fear of being seen and heard. Focused and determined though was she to breathe life back into my sails, and teach me of this radiance that I was worthy of.

Unleashed she opened me to the bliss of joy,
the power of laughter and authentic connection.
She unwound the ropes that held me hostage of living in integrity, the misguided ideas of always aiming for perfection and the pleasing of everyone else.

The wild woman brought to me the mirror of self-compassion and as I viewed it and stepped into all the places that I had chosen to abandon her and myself, I was brought into the dance of forgiveness. With each step of deep healing work I found myself learning myself,
perhaps for the very first time,
but a learning that it was never expected of me to be superhuman. It was never expected of me to hide my light,
my voice, my heart from this world and most especially from my children or self.

As I moved further into the embrace of the wild woman,
I discovered that her rage that she could move passionately into was not a rage of evil to fear but it was her wanting to purify the untruth that had been dumped on me at youth and supported by my belief in it.

Her pain that she expressed in my darkest hours of not listening, was not evil or lost, it was pain that was begging for the embrace of love. Not a love that could be given from anyone other than self.

With each step on this new journey of the wild woman,
I discovered that this archetype was there to teach me not to fear my sensual feminine but to embrace it as the life giving, creative energy that it was intended to be.

The rapes and abuse that was once perceived to be caused by the revealing of the sensual feminine was not that at all, but instead the allowance of my shame and guilt that attempted to make this energy docile and weak. Because it was feared by my veil to my truth and perceived dangerous.

Another decade has be lived and two more babies born since this unchaining has occurred and with in many more lessons of self- expansion has happened. Some may view some of these lessons as traumatic and even myself in the moments of experience would agree,
some moments were breathtaking as I was blessed to bask in the presence of the divine you could say.

Moments of allowing the wild woman to embrace me during deep expanding sex, where my heart exploded and the smell of roses would waft up from the moments of soul union and intimacy.

Blessed was I as I let her take the lead a bit further in my life.
Blessed because I learned that love although sometimes a pain that can not be touched by any other, is still the blessing that God wants us to know we are worthy of.

Blessed because she lead me with this fierce love to a deeper level of self knowing and an encouragement to open up to the sensual energy of play.

Blessed because she removed more veils in her dance,
allowing me to see clearer with each passing year,
that the wild woman that I once feared was the a warrior angel who always believed in my worthiness and heart.

Her leading steps,
her powerful emotion,
her dedication to my reveal,
was the breath that God and spirit had sent to me,
to claim my truth as the sensual feminine.
Though some still perceive it as dangerous.
And some view it with disgust as they call out in their poisonous toned words of shame, anger and fear of the unknown.

The thing that I have learned from her that I cherish the most,
is that all the bile that others may throw comes not from who I am or what they perceive me to be but is instead is the venom that they poison themselves with because they fear WHOM THEY COULD BE.

The disgust that one may cast toward another is only a mirror reflection of how they feel about themselves.

And so beautiful mama,
grandmama and mama in waiting.
No matter where you are in this dance called life,
know that you too are born to be wild,
born to be sensual,
to be wise and strong,
to be love,
and to be seen and heard.

That face,
that soul and that voice.
Has a message for this world.
But the message that the world has been blessed to give to you is that God wants you to CLAIM WHO YOU ARE.

Never hide or lower your eye’s to those who speak tongues of evil no mater how pretty their faith may appear, or their words sound.

You beautiful mama are a queen.
You hold within you the seeds of the universe,
the energy of creation,
the power of life.

May you take today’s message and feel your strength,
not in your shield of fear,
but in that crown that is upon your head and power of your sensual feminine.

Dance Beautiful Wild Woman.
