I am the girl you love.
I am the girl.
I am that girl.
You know the one.
The one that makes your heart beat faster.
The one that makes you smile.
The one that makes you want to be more in this world.
I am the girl.
I am that girl.
You know who I am.
I am the one that takes your breath away,
in the darkest of hours.
I am the one who envelopes you,
in the moments of passion.
I am the one who holds you,
when you don’t want to show your pain.
I am the girl that you fall in love with.
I am everything.
I am nothing.
I am your sun and moon.
I am your darkest hour.
I am the one that makes you desire more,
I am the one that you fear.
You want all of me.
You love my spirit.
You love my heart.
You love the way I view the world.
You love my playfulness.
You love my passion.
You love my mind.
You love all of me.
Or so you believe…
I am too wild for you.
Your heart know’s this.
I am too much to hold on to.
You can not tame me.
You claim that you do not want to.
I am that girl.
I am that girl you love.
I am that girl that you love to love.
That you fear to love.
I am the girl of your dreams.
I am the girl of your nightmares.
I am the girl of your fantasies.
I am the girl that will make you feel your world.
I am the girl that will NOT settle.
Untameable.
Unstoppable.
I am the one that you desire,
to hold close all night.
You desire to know me deeper.
You desire to see my worst side,
because you know that it will just make you love me more.
You desire to penetrate me at all levels,
you want to taste of all my streams and valleys,
You want to climb deeper into my heart,
higher into my spiritual caverns,
You want to feel me.
Throughout.
Our flesh,
is not enough.
No.
You desire more.
I am the girl that cannot give this to you.
I am not able to give you what you desire.
I cannot give it.
I will never give it.
I am the girl that you fall in love with.
I am the one that makes you want to devour me.
You never want to leave me.
You will ALWAYS come back in hopes for more.
It is not there for you.
Or anyone.
It is not something you can have.
You crave my soul.
You crave to own me.
You say, “No, I want to see you fly.”
You say, ” I love you.”
You say so many beautiful words.
I am the girl that you love.
I am the girl that you cannot have.
Not at the level that you desire.
I will not part with myself so that you can have me.
I will not loose myself, so you can find a false version of me.
It is my courage,
My passion,
My wisdom,
My sex.
You love them.
You hate them.
You are jealous of them.
You do not know me.
You never will.
You are blinded by the light,
the light that you desire to capture,
like a firefly in a jar,
I cannot allow it,
it will kill my soul.
You do not know me.
You believe that you do,
but if you did you would see your truth.
The truth of not having me.
I am the girl.
I am that girl.
You know the one.
I am the one that you love to love.
I am the one that you fear to love.
I am the one that makes you meet yourself.
Then smiles.
And say’s goodbye.
*For all the girl’s who make their partners meet themselves.
*For all the girls who never sell their souls for anything less than truth.
*For all the girls who are loved for their radiant light that can never be captured.
We see you.
I see you.
You are loved.
You are brilliant.
You are an initiator of the divine masculine.
Open your angel wings,
Hold your men up high.
Let them taste of your nectar.
Envelope them in your love.
And set them free.
Free to meet themselves.
To fly,
beside you.
Yes, You are that girl.
Goddess.

siSTAR Tribe- Heal Thy Selves
As a woman you would think it easy for me to be open and vulnerable, trusting even of the feminine. Of other women. That sisterhood would just come naturally and easily.
As a woman who is a mother of 7 souls, three of which are daughters and spends her day’s reaching out into the world and helping other women, other people and sharing of herself as vulnerably as I can in any given moment. That female connection and understanding would just be a reality. A norm for me.
The truth is though that I have had a lifetime of shut down around the feminine. Around trusting the feminine. Trusting my fellow sisters. Just calling other women my sisters causes a nagging nausea in my gut. It rises up an uncertainty of if I can trust women. If I can lean in here.
Do I even want to?
My wounds with the feminine stem back to my early childhood where my mother would talk radically negative about my father to me on hour long walks with our German Shepard and myself. She would tell me how awful my dad was. How she wanted out of the relationship. She would dream of finding a suitcase full of money on our walk and escaping life with him. She wanted to run away from him. She wanted her freedom but at the cost of choosing daily to stay settled and just bitch to 5 year old me on our evening walk about it.
Then came her co-dependent nature. Always attached at my hip, like an infant to it’s mother. It seemed often like I was the mother. She could not make a move without my support.
Then came her crazy ass stories of her past, where she shared all too much with me about how she manipulated this or that.
How she was wounded from WWII and the bombings.
How she was angry at her father for being killed during the war when she was eight.
How she was angry with her mother for doing the things that she had to at that point to survive and support two little girls.
She told me about her abuse in her first marriage.
She tried to teach me how to steal from stores.
How to lie well and hold my poker face.
She showed me how to disconnect from my heart and SURVIVE.
She taught me that women are not to be trusted.
She taught me that women manipulate.
She told me that I was different though.
That I could walk on water.
But I was her air.
So don’t run away.
Don’t abandon her.
Then came school. My girl friends once made would randomly choose to no longer be my friends. They would make up stories, would gossip if I shared anything vulnerable. They would steal my clothes, cheat off my tests and then point the finger back at me.
But I craved friendship.
I craved sisterhood.
I craved to be one of the girls.
I craved to fit in.
Then came high school. I chose to go to a high school that was actually not in my district so that I could remain with my best friends. They were a grade ahead of me, but we were besties and they WANTED me to come to that school. It was going to be great. Until school started that was.
Now they were too busy for me. They had boyfriends. Sisterhood no longer mattered. It was every girl for herself.
And lord help me if one of their guys spoke or looked at me.
Now I was a threat.
Now I was the enemy.
Ice cream hurdled across the hallway, hitting my brand new leather jacket.
Laughter ringing out.
The call of “You Slut!” from the mouth of my once best friend. The girl who wept her tears of pain when her parents divorced into my arms. The girl who we “twinned” once a week together and sunbathed on the roof of her house every summer day we could grab together.
The girl who begged me to come to this school.
It was going to be great.
We were besties.
We had each others back.
Yes here, here is where it all started.
Repeatedly I witnessed the whirlwind of emotional instability from the feminine.
Repeatedly I was daggered by my sisters as though I was a vampire out to steal their lives.
Repeatedly I was wounded, shamed, disowned by the feminine.
I was lied too.
I was lied about.
My besties, my sisters had been taken over by the mean girl syndrome.
But we were young.
We were just children still.
Things would change once I was an adult.
Women don’t act like this.
Women know how to support each other.
Women understand the pains of our adolescent years and we overcome them and heal. We rise about the mean girl syndrome and we become radiant, supportive siSTARS.
Right?
Then came my adult years.
I shut down in my twenties. I kept my friendships limited. I kept my heart limited. I focused on my family. My children. My husband. My life. My education.
The things I felt I could control.
I had a siSTAR in my life. She was amazing. Supportive. Trustworthy. She had my back. I was certain.
And I was right.
She still today, even with miles apart, years between. Words rarely shared has my back and I have her’s. There is no doubt in my mind or heart that I could call her at 2AM from anywhere in this world and cry on her shoulder, ask to stay the night, and I would do the same for her.
She is my soul siSTAR.
She is a rare light.
25 years of friendship proves this.
Then came my 30’s. I was eager, hungry and full of desire. I wanted to take on the world. I wanted to expand. I wanted to meet myself and I wanted a sisterhood. I entered the state of Texas with a mission to have just this. ALL OF THIS.
And so I did.
Or so I thought.
Quickly I had a large group of feminine support. This was my tribe. These were my sisters. We were all mom’s, we lived close to each other. We enjoyed similar things. We celebrated life weekly together. It was amazing.
The laughter.
The tears.
The sharing.
The holding space for each other when shit went down with our spouses or kids.
The sharing of our fears and our desires.
This was sisterhood.
Then came the day that my dear friend said, “You know what you did. We can’t be friends anymore.”
And with her went the whole tribe.
Poof!
Gone in a second.
And for what?
Still to this day, almost 10 years later I have no certain closure on this.
Accusations made while I was away on summer holiday with my family. Lies told. Stories conjured. Truth lost. Friendship lost.
Told I was guilty.
Told I was a slut.
Told I was horrible.
Told I was not fit to be in the tribe.
Abandoned by my sisters and never offered a space to speak my truth. To get answers. To set things right.
Mean girls knocking at my door again.
Statements made on social media.
Accusations and allegations of false truths.
Lord help me.
So I shut down.
I closed myself off and I isolated myself from the feminine.
I opened and did my work around the masculine.
I danced and blossomed with the help of the great men who stepped up in my life. Who held space for me.
I stepped into my goddess-hood.
Claiming I did not need the feminine.
It was not to be trusted.
It disliked me.
It hated me.
I was alone.
There was no sisterhood for me.
All but one siSTAR.
Who still remains after 10 years of friendship.
My Hawaiian goddess siSTAR. Who holds space, who laughs and shares her wisdom in times needed. Who shares her pain, her fear and tears. Her joy, her dreams, her spirit with me. Yes she has my back. This I know. This I am certain.
She is a rare light.
The masculine.
It holds me.
It adores me.
It craves me.
It eats me up and helps me to fly.
It scorns me.
It scares me.
It bruises my being.
It rips my heart out like a ravenous beast.
It breaks my body and stomps on my boundaries then blames me for being a woman.
The masculine.
I love the masculine.
I hate the masculine.
I need the feminine.
I crave my sisters.
I crave the support.
I hunger for the light.
I want to be seen as a woman and understood.
Seen that my crazy girl moments are normal.
I want to cry and not be fixed.
And just be okay.
In steps my siSTAR.
She is a rare light.
She supports me by just being.
She see’s my pain and she wants to fight for my hearts pain.
She stands firm in the wake of my storm and she casts a line to help me find harmony once again.
She uproots her whole life,
She turns herself inside out,
She shares her fears,
Her pain,
She holds space when she is not even trying.
She is a rare light indeed.
She is a Goddess.
She has my back and I have her’s.
This I am certain.
This is what friends do for friends, she says.
This is not what I am accustom too.
She and my fellow siSTARS through the last 25 years,
though they may be few,
they are strong,
they are Mother F*cking Goddesses.
They aim to heal them selves.
They aim to heal other’s.
They are kindred souls.
They are true siSTARS.
This is the relationships that I crave with my fellow women.
This is my tribe of goddesses.
This is my healing of wounds from my youth and wounds from theirs.
This is our life path.
This is SiSTARHOOD.
Embracing the fierceness of sisterhood.
Today.
Tomorrow.
And ALWAYS.
Healing the feminine.
By allowing myself to be healed by the feminine.
Remember my fellow siSTAR Goddess,
You are worthy.
You are a rare light.
You are loved.
You are a Mother F*cking Goddess.

The Feminine Needs Bubble Wrap
I am a strong, powerful, willful woman who has been called a “force of nature” by many. And today, if I was to a be a vase, packed into a box for shipping – I would need extra bubble wrap around me today. My skin actually hurts.
I would need the card board box to be firm and hard. I wouldn’t suggest putting me in an airplane. I would require a delivery man. I am feeling that fragile.
It’s the kind of fragile that can make mistakes. I’m the kind of fragile that can make me feel like I won’t be delivered safely. That somehow, I will fall like the vase to the ground and shatter. And it’s so much work to put me back together again. All of that awful stinky sticky glue.
It’s hard to look at someone who leads, and see their fragility. We want to believe that our teachers and leaders never cry or feel lost or fuck up. But somehow, I think that the best of us do. We might even question why we are leading. Or our life’ purpose!
Do you ever feel this way? Do you ever speak it?
I have been talking a lot the past few weeks about women, and how we love and support each other – and how we don’t.
So many of my friends are deeply involved in women’s circles, or various other female dynamics in complicated relationships.
And it seems that we are all shaking on some level. Is it the stars?
The sins we commit against each other as women is lack of support. A competitiveness that seems to have an underbelly hidden through soft words.
A lack of seeing each other with gentle eyes. We hurt. We hurt each other. We hide. We project. We become mute or duplicitous, and we fester like boiling water until one day we erupt like a geyser. Do we forget we unravel in grief?
So many of us hold deep trauma in our lives. For me, this is different than the drama some of us layer on top of our lives as a distraction from perhaps what is real trauma – or dare I say it – boredom.
Do you reach out to your friends, and ask for extra love and support when you are hurting this way? Or do you hope that they just notice and get it, and call you?
Or if you are feeling strong, do you make yourself available to your friends to wrap them up in bubble wrap when their skin hurts and their heart beats funny? Do you just offer soft kisses on the forehead?
Does letting yourself be seen in your trembling state feel too needy to you? Some of us just wait and hope that our need will be seen – and support will just show up. Some of us create anger, because any kind of attention to our pain even negative attention can fill us up in some way or another.
And some of us, walk around the house looking for bubble wrap and retreat for a few days.
Sometimes, it can be as simple as needing rest.
Loving you from here, and please send a little bubble wrap my way!

Shameless
———-
A funny, sexy, and wildly entertaining look at the rewards of fully realized desire in the life of one ordinary woman.
At 43 years old, Pamela Madsen was happily married to the man she fell in love with at 17. She was the mother of two sons and had a successful career as a nationally known advocate for fertility issues. But she felt a growing sexual restlessness and yearning that wouldn’t let up. And though Pamela loved her husband and didn’t want to have an affair, she knew deep down that she needed more, much more. In Shameless, she tells the story of how she found it—and not only kept her marriage intact but made it stronger than ever.
In this fearless memoir, Pamela tells the story of her search for sexual, personal, and spiritual wholeness. She explores, in riveting detail, what she experienced at the hands of sexual healers, men who brought her untold pleasure (and became her close friends in the process).
But this is not just another sex book: Shameless is also an account of how Pamela’s journey healed her issues with food and body image and most important, helped her weave the many roles that she played—daughter, friend, partner, mother—into one fully integrated person. It is a story about a woman falling in love with herself and a call to other women to do the same.

Healing Your Genital Armoring
Body armoring is a process whereby past traumatic experiences are stored in the body’s muscle tissues. What happens is that the body’s tissues harden, creating tension and blocking energy in the area that has been traumatized. By armoring itself, the body’s intention is to reduce its vulnerability to pain. But this process has the parallel effect of reducing our capacity for feeling pleasure.
In this regard the male and female sex organs are as prone to armoring as the rest of the body and can function at a reduced level of sensitivity. In fact, because the sexual organs have been subjected to vigorous condemnation from childhood onward, the genital area has become a major storehouse of negative imprints, greatly reducing our capacity for sexual pleasure and preventing full enjoyment of orgasmic release. Think about it for a moment. Traces of the emotional content of every unsatisfactory sexual experience have been recorded in the muscular tissues of your genitals, building up tension in the area so slowly that you did not even suspect that it was happening.
In men, circumcision, early experiences of guilt and fear associated with masturbation, clumsy prostatic examinations, and a compulsion to demonstrate “masculinity” by being forceful and thrusting in lovemaking all contribute to genital armoring. This armoring can manifest itself as a hardening of the penis, causing penile insensitivity that requires extremely strong stimulation in order to achieve arousal or, by contrast, it can result in an oversensitivity and fragility of the foreskin that translates into the attitude, “Don’t touch me!” Armoring in men also manifests itself in the form of chronic tension in the anal sphincter muscles, involuntary erections, and an attitude of sexual greed – the need for repeated genital stimulation.
In women, armoring can be caused by guilty masturbation, forceful male fingering, sexual intercourse without sufficient foreplay, making love when you don’t feel like it, failing to reach orgasm, having an abortion, or undergoing a caesarean birth or a hysterectomy. These contribute to the build-up of insensitivity in tissues around the vagina and pelvis. This tension manifests itself most commonly as a subtle tightness or stiffness in a vagina that never fully relaxes, even during intercourse. As a result, it is only narrowly receptive to the male organ.
Through working with many women, I have been able to create an “armoring map” of the vagina, showing how certain types of fears are related to specific areas of the female sex organs.
• Vaginal lips: fear of opening, shame, desire to hide, a feeling of “l can’t do this!”
• Clitoris: nervousness, distrust, impatience, holding tight, like clenching your fists or teeth when you don’t want to express your anger
• Perineum and perineal sponge: difficulty letting go into pleasure, numbness
•G spot: sexual frustration as a result of faking orgasm, performance anxiety, feeling inadequate, pushing for orgasm and not getting it
•Vagina canal around cervix: anger, expecting the worst, neediness, feeling like a victim, abortions, and childbirth traumas
If you are not sure whether genital armoring applies to you, try answering these questions. Think about them slowly rather than giving a reflex response:
Women: Were you forced into sexual intercourse or sexual manipulation at an early age, before you were ready?
Have you ever made love because your partner was turned on, even though you didn’t feel like it?
Have you ever felt your partner left you “hanging in mid-air” while he was already “over the edge”?
Have you ever faked an orgasm?
Men: Have you ever made love as a performance, even though you had no enthusiasm for it?
Have you ever found yourself so busy giving pleasure to your woman that you forgot about your own pleasure?
Both: During sex have you ever found to your dismay that you couldn’t feel anything “down there”?
Have you ever made love as way of avoiding confrontation with your partner or covering up your anger?
Have you ever believed that everyone else was sexual and orgasmic, while you were lagging way behind, feeling just a trickle of a sensation?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, you probably have some body armoring in your genitals. This armoring also translates into psychological attitudes -for instance, feeling uncomfortable talking about your sexuality or your genitals, or feeling discomfort when your lover examines your genitals. Working with hundreds of people, I have found that armoring seriously inhibits sexual sensitivity and therefore blocks deeper pleasure. I have also found that it is difficult for people to be open to the ecstasy of High Sex until the whole genital and anal area has been cleaned of imprints left by negative sexual experiences. Only through direct, hands-on, loving massage around and inside the genital area can we effectively heal these past wounds and transform pain into, pleasure. To do this we need to direct our full attention and acceptance to the way our genitals feel.
When the penis is healed, it becomes flexible, warm, and vibrantly alive when erect. In addition to the stimulation provided by vigorous sexual intercourse, this increased sensitivity enables the man to receive pleasure by resting his penis in the vagina in a gentle, relaxed, non-demanding way. Prior to healing, he may not have been able to feel anything without continued stimulation.
When the vagina is healed, it becomes naturally yielding, soft, and welcoming, allowing a sense of trust and playfulness in lovemaking. The vaginal muscles are elastic and respond to the penis by massaging it naturally.
Love and acceptance are the key ingredients for healing. That is why we need to understand the meaning of loving ourselves and our bodies before we can even think of making love with another person. Only then are we fully ready and available for the joys of ecstatic lovemaking.

Balance or Harmony by Alexander Brighton
So many people that I’ve had conversations with have told me that they are seeking balance in their life. I decided to go look up the word balance on dictionary.com. It read a state of equilibrium. Searching further equilibrium means a state of rest due to the equal action of opposing forces. When you have two or more opposing forces that are exerting equal action you can develop balance. As we move through our daily lives we have more than 2 opposing forces at any one time. Rarely do these forces exert equal action or force. So if you can only have balance with opposing forces exerting equal force then the realization of balance never develops.
How many times have we been faced with opposing thoughts(forces)? Here’s an example that we’ve all faced. I have to go to work, however, I’d much rather stay home and spend time with a loved one. These are not applying equal action on us. If the need for money is greater it will exert greater force. If the need for connection with the loved one is greater than the need of money then taking the day off would be exerting greater force. Balance or equilibrium needs opposing forces to be created. Opposing forces create a duality within us. That duality rarely ever has equal action on both sides, there for balance is missed and our lives are lopsided. Like that shopping cart with the one flat spot on the wheel that goes clunk clunk clunk as we walk through the grocery store.
Whats the alternative then? Harmony.
Again going back to dictionary.com harmony means a consistent, orderly, or pleasing arragment of parts. When we move away from trying to get opposing forces to exert equal action at the same time, we can start to build harmony in our lives. Instead of dealing with the duality of opposing forces, build your life so there is agreement with all the different forces in your life. I will go to work today and then take my loved one out for a nice dinner, or make a nice dinner. Even when something is out of balance it can still be in harmony. That shopping cart that I mentioned earlier. If you are out of balance and out of harmony with your life that constant clunk might push you to the point of madness.
However, if you are out of balance AND in harmony you might notice that that clunk is in perfect time with the music playing in the store and smile. Some that I have talked to want to find balance for every aspect of their life. This is mostly impossible. Just take gender as an example I hear people all the time state they want to balance their masculine and feminine energy. These are opposing forms of energy. Very complementary but opposite. Whether you are male or female you have both energies within you. However they are rarely ever to the point that they are applying or exerting equal action in your life so then how can you balance them. Working to get the masculine and feminine to be in harmony though, that’s beautiful. They no longer have to be exerting equal action. You could be 75% feminine and 25% masculine and still be in harmony. The energies working in harmony to create the consistent, orderly, or pleasing arrangement of parts or energies in this case. You give up the battle of duality of trying to be 50% feminine and 50% masculine.
As you start to apply the harmony principle to your life you will start to find that things may come into balance naturally. Harmony allows us to take a step back from the constant battle of duality. It allows us to build ONE life that flows by taking these forces and into a simultaneous combination. Where each force becomes a note on the music of your life. A piece of music that you are the author of.
What do you want the music of your life to sound like?
How to Date A Goddess Wombman — Aurora Kozinn
There are many kinds of women. Each type- New Agers, Hippie chicks.. whatever category you connect to — has it own energetic vibration.
Goddess Wombmen, for example, are the most seductive and the most empowered wombmen in the world. They love their body. They live in their body. And they fully express their divinity through their sensuality. It is her nature to do so.
If you are a man interested in dating a goddess, be fair warned, she is Kali- Aphrodite. As Aphrodite the goddess of love she will envelope you with kisses and juicy sexual practices. She will glow and you will be in awe of her glow. But , because she is Aphrodite, her love will span beyond you. If she wants to be sexual with a man, this is her prerogative. She cannot be contained by any man– her “containment” is only found in her deep devotion to her guides’ voices and her connection to spirit.
Her Kali is cutting through your illusion of what a woman “should” be. A goddess is never “your” woman, but this goddess will bow down at your feet if you display to her you ARE the sacred masculine.
Kali takes you on a journey to discover your own sacred masculine potential. When goddess Kali shows you her dark moon, hold space for her. She will challenge you to become Jesus, Krishna, Buddha, Shiva…
She will cut away your beliefs that “This is how women are” in regards to the old paradigm.
All a goddess knows is love without abandon. She believes in living by emotional nurturance, support, ecstatic and sensual dance, and sacred love making.
To date a Goddess, you must be sensual, support her independence, allow her to love freely, and honor her sacred sexual dance.
The God/dess knows that Sacred Masculine men are equal, and the counterpart to Goddess Wombmen.
To be clear, if you’d like to be with a goddess, you must be GOD.
